Conduct exams under board-like conditions. Use diagnostic assessment in to prepare model papers and track error patterns for feedback sessions.

Organize teacher-student feedback discussions post correction. Use question-wise analysis to identify retesting or remedial support before boards. .
CBSE Practical Examination Preparation (XII & X)
Confirm external examiners, lab readiness, student files, and marks entry process. Conduct mock practicals before externals arrive.
Project Work, Internal Assessments & Practical File Completion
Ensure every student’s file is completed, signed, and graded. Maintain a submission register with verification status per subject.
Annual Exam Timetable Finalization (Non-Board Classes)
Release the final exam schedule with invigilation duties. Begin blueprint-based paper setting using diagnostic assessment.
Class IX & XI CBSE Registration Correction Window
Double-check subjects and student details before final freeze. Cross-verify with ERP records and CBSE LOC confirmation.
Syllabus Completion Audit (Final Round)
Ensure 100% syllabus is completed and revision has begun. Share pending topic trackers and assist teachers with pacing support.

Discuss pre-board performance, behavioral growth, attendance concerns, and board-readiness. Share final goals with parents.

Store securely in labeled sealed envelopes by subject and section. Maintain a confidential register signed by the examination incharge.
Class-Wise Revision Timetables & Plan Sharing
Each teacher should display revision plans, topic lists, and strategies on class boards or ERP. Include doubt sessions and test series dates.
CBSE Circular Implementation Cross-Check
Review compliance on safety drills, anti-bullying committees, NEP alignment, ATL logs, and teacher training hour completion.
ERP & Internal Records Final Review
Confirm all term data (attendance, marks, report cards, PTM records) is complete and up to date for audit/inspection readiness.
Planning of Orientation & Promotion Documents (New Session)
Prepare templates for result declaration, promotion lists, new class allocation, and parent orientation content (for March–April).
Infrastructure Maintenance Audit (Exam Readiness)
Inspect exam rooms, backup electricity, fire safety, CCTV functionality, and staff seating areas.
Staff CPD Plan & New Session Planning Meeting
Identify new pedagogical themes and confirm mandatory training topics for April. Set team goals aligned to NEP goals for the next session.
New Staff Induction Program Review
Check if new staff have completed orientation, read manuals, and are assigned a mentor. Ensure they’ve joined teacher WhatsApp/ERP groups.
Faculty Manual Review / Updates
If recent circulars have changed SOPs, update faculty manual and circulate digital copies. Take e-sign acknowledgments.
Fee Structure Planning for Next Academic Session
Finalize and approve the fee structure for the next session well in advance. Ensure transparency, compliance with regulations, and timely communication to parents.
Entrance Examinations for New Admissions
Plan and conduct entrance exams systematically with clear eligibility criteria, standardized assessment, and timely result declaration to streamline the admission process.
Admit Card Distribution—No Dues Clearance
Issue admit cards only after confirming “No Dues” status, including fees, library, and other obligations, to ensure administrative discipline.
Internal Examination In-Charges & Marks Update
Appoint clear in-charges for internal examinations and ensure timely, accurate marks entry and verification to maintain academic record integrity.
