Conduct Final Examinations
Ensure that the examination schedule, seating plan, invigilation duties, and question papers are finalized well in advance. Use diagnostic assessment in for uploading exam papers securely and ensuring proper tabulation compliance.
Result Compilation & Report Card Generation
Coordinate with subject teachers and class teachers to complete result tabulation, remarks, and digital entry for timely report card preparation.
Board Exam Coordination (Class X & XII)
Ensure smooth conduct of CBSE board exams as per dates issued. Coordinate with external invigilators, maintain seating & attendance records, and follow SOPs for paper handling.
Annual Report Preparation
Compile a year-end school report covering academics, co-curriculars, sports, admissions, infrastructure growth, and achievements for leadership and trust review.
Staff Appraisals & Feedback Meetings
Hold one-on-one meetings with all teachers to discuss strengths, classroom impact, improvement areas, and training needs. Use rubric-based formats.
Parent-Teacher Meeting (Final PTM)
Conduct result declaration along with personalized feedback sessions. Share year-round student observations and growth highlights.
Inventory Stock Audit & Asset Review
Close the year by auditing school stocks (lab materials, library books, sports gear, furniture). Record shortages and plan new procurement.
ERP/LMS/Report Card Data Upload
Ensure all academic and examination data are updated in your ERP. Share parent login credentials and instructions to access results online.
Feedback Collection – Teachers, Parents, Students
Circulate Google Forms or printed sheets to gather reflections and suggestions. Use this to improve SIP and session planning.
Planning for Orientation & New Session Launch (April)
Finalize schedules, speakers, and materials for new parents, students, and teachers. Include school culture, discipline, ERP training, and NEP-based academic changes.
School Improvement Plan (SIP) Review & Next Phase Planning
Evaluate goals achieved this year and start drafting improvement targets for 2026–27 across academics, infrastructure, and student well-being.
Prepare Next Year's Class-Wise Booklist & Stationery List
Finalize and circulate booklists for all classes. Coordinate with the bookstore to ensure availability.
Termination, Transfer, and New Admission Review
Close final admission records, transfer certificates, withdrawals, and document clearances. Ensure CBSE Registration data matches ERP.
Teacher Training Plan for April–May
Prepare teacher-wise CPD roadmap using learnbychapter.in. Assign NEP-focused modules in advance.
Student Wellness & Health File Audit
Review all health records, vaccination logs, and counseling documents for year-end submission and next year's referrals.
New Staff Induction Program Review
Check if new staff have completed orientation, read manuals, and are assigned a mentor. Ensure they've joined teacher WhatsApp/ERP groups.
Faculty Manual Review / Updates
If recent circulars have changed SOPs, update faculty manual and circulate digital copies. Take e-sign acknowledgments.
CBSE Mandate: Book List Declaration & Website Update
Declare the book list as per CBSE mandate and upload it on the school website with the Principal's and Manager's signatures to ensure transparency and compliance.
Finance: Financial Year Closing & Statutory Compliance
Complete FY closing activities on time, including vendor payments, TDS deductions, and cash deposits, to ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
Academics: Result Declaration & Conditional Promotion Planning
Declare academic results systematically and prepare a Conditional Promotion List based on defined criteria, ensuring clarity and timely communication with stakeholders.
