Gandhi Jayanti Celebration (Oct 2)
Organize cleanliness drives, skits on Gandhian values, and creative assemblies. Link with CBSE's Swachhata Hi Sewa movement.
Remedial Support Plan Adjustment
Refine remedial groupings post result review. Assign new batches for Term 2 with updated schedules and goals.
Planning & Execution of Unity Day (Oct 31)
Conduct activities like pledge reading, poster-making, and quizzes on national integration and leadership.
Mental Health Week / World Mental Health Day (Oct 10)
Arrange sessions with counselors on stress, exam pressure, relationships, and social media. Include parents and senior students in interactive formats.
CBSE Circular Compliance Review
Mid-year checkpoint—ensure LOC final uploads, affiliation deadlines, and mandated trainings are completed and scheduled by exam department.
ATL/SIC / School Exhibition Prep
Shortlist and mentor 10–15 top projects for intra/inter-school competition. Invite parents for a STEM showcase if possible.
Festival Celebration Planning (Dussehra, Diwali)
Plan inclusive cultural programs with student-led storytelling, eco-friendly practices, and safety awareness campaigns.
Mid-Term Infrastructure Audit
Conduct a safety and cleanliness walkthrough of all washrooms, classrooms, labs, and corridors. Address complaints logged in September PTM.
Staff Reflection & Microtraining Assignments

New Staff Induction Program Review
Check if new staff have completed orientation, read manuals, and are assigned a mentor. Ensure they've joined teacher WhatsApp/ERP groups.
Faculty Manual Review / Updates
If recent circulars have changed SOPs, update faculty manual and circulate digital copies. Take e-sign acknowledgements.
SAFAL Registration & Examination Monitoring
Closely monitor SAFAL registration and examination processes, which generally take place in October.
